Interpol: Red Notices Issued for Suspects Accused of Sabotage on Behalf of Russia

The Interpol General Secretariat has informed the National Police Headquarters’ (KGP) International Police Cooperation Bureau of the publication of Red Notices concerning suspects accused of carrying out acts of sabotage of a terrorist nature on behalf of Russian intelligence in mid-November, the National Police Headquarters reported.

The suspects are Yevhenii Ivanov and Oleksandr Kononov, accused of committing acts of sabotage in Garwolin County on November 15–16.

“On December 17, the Interpol General Secretariat informed the KGP International Police Cooperation Bureau that Red Notices have been published for suspects accused of carrying out acts of sabotage of a terrorist nature on behalf of the intelligence services of the Russian Federation in Garwolin County on November 15–16,” the National Police Headquarters announced on the X platform.

The case was also addressed by Interior Minister Marcin Kierwiński.

“Interpol Red Notices have been issued for the men suspected of carrying out acts of sabotage in Garwolin County on behalf of the intelligence services of the Russian Federation,” the head of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration wrote on X.
