What does this imply? Apparently, neither Minister Adam Bodnar nor his associates seem to be concerned that Chodownik was detained alongside Rubtsov in connection with espionage activities linked to the Kremlin. After all, it was Rubtsov himself who, upon returning to Russia in 2024, was personally welcomed at the airport by Vladimir Putin.
