Kłodzko Scandal Deepens – Convicted Killer and Pimp Emerges in Case Files

In the high-profile pedophilia and zoophilia case from Kłodzko, in which former Civic Platform (PO) activist Kamila W. and her husband Przemysław L. were convicted, an intriguing thread has emerged. As established by the Niezalezna.pl portal, one of the witnesses in the trial of Przemysław L. was Paweł K. – a well-known Lower Silesian gangster, previously convicted of murder and involved in pimping. He is the former husband of a television celebrity who for many years ran an escort agency in Kłodzko. According to our information, the criminal testified regarding a possible acquaintance with Przemysław L. The matter concerned a property that Przemysław L. had rented from him. However, the court ultimately determined that it was merely a coincidence.

The case from Kłodzko has been shocking public opinion for months. In March this year, the District Court in Świdnica sentenced 45-year-old Przemysław L. to 25 years in prison for 26 crimes, including the rape of his minor stepdaughter and other children, as well as acts of zoophilia. His wife, Kamila W. (formerly L.), received a sentence of 6.5 years in prison for failing to assist her own daughter and for complicity in animal abuse. In May, the prosecution filed an appeal, seeking a harsher penalty.

The case also has a political dimension. Kamila W. had been a long-time activist of Civic Platform (PO) in the Kłodzko district. Even after the first zoophilia-related charges were brought against her, she continued to hold important positions in local party structures, and after the scandal broke and she separated from her husband, she was granted social housing by the city. According to our information – the silence surrounding Kamila L. may be linked to “leverage” in the form of recordings allegedly made by the couple.

A witness in court

As established by the Niezalezna.pl portal, an extremely interesting name appears in the case files of the Kłodzko pedophilia case. According to our findings, one of the witnesses in the trial of Przemysław L. was Paweł K. He testified regarding his connections with L. He is a figure well known in the criminal underworld and widely recognized in the media as the former husband of Dagmara Kaźmierska, a celebrity known from programs broadcast by TTV (a channel owned by TVN Warner Bros. Discovery) and Polsat. In the past, the man ran escort agencies, including the “Tora” brothel in Kłodzko.

His criminal past is tied to the most serious offenses. In 2001, a shooting took place in front of a club in Kłodzko, resulting in the death of Dariusz L., known by the nickname “Szpila”. The shots were fired by Paweł K. himself. The man fled to the United States, but upon returning to Poland, he was arrested and charged with murder. He was convicted. His partner, Dagmara Kaźmierska, was also imprisoned – for “operating within an organized criminal group, procuring, pimping, and forcing young women into prostitution”. It was in prison that the couple got married. The controversial celebrity recalled that period in her autobiography, writing about her husband: “I knew who he was. Everyone knew K. He was the king here [in Kłodzko], but he ruled with a heavy hand. Everyone was afraid of him”, she wrote, recalling those times.

“As far as the Kłodzko Valley is concerned, he was number one among gangsters. He was heavily involved in drugs. He collected protection money. He also had the kidnapping of two women on his record, whom he, together with another gangster known as ‘Spaniard’, transported to Germany and sold to a brothel. That was when he was first wanted on a warrant”, said police officer Janusz Bartkiewicz from the Provincial Police Headquarters in Wrocław in an interview.

The property thread

What did such a man have in common with the pedophile Przemysław L.? Findings by the Niezalezna.pl portal indicate that the criminal and pimp K. had rented a property in Kłodzko to Przemysław L. – which initially drew the attention of law enforcement authorities. Despite this, at a later stage of the proceedings and during the trial, this thread was not pursued further, with the potential connection between the two men ultimately deemed an irrelevant coincidence.

It should be emphasized that there is no evidence that Paweł K. knew about or had any connection to the criminal activities carried out by L. However, the question of their possible acquaintance remains unresolved. While an extraordinary coincidence cannot be ruled out – namely, that among tens of thousands of residents of Kłodzko and the surrounding area, Przemysław L. happened to rent a property from Paweł K. purely by chance.

Currently, according to our information, Paweł K. – who was released from prison several years ago – most likely lives a dozen or so kilometers from Kłodzko.
