Legia Fans Take Firm Stand Against Illegal Immigration

Fans of Legia Warsaw have voiced their opposition to illegal immigration. A banner displayed during the match against Arka Gdynia carried a powerful message.

On Sunday, Legia Warsaw faced Arka Gdynia in an Ekstraklasa match. The game ended in a 0–0 draw, but the real attention was drawn to the stands, due to the fans’ protest against illegal migrants.

“France, Scandinavia, Germany, Benelux – the best evidence of how immigration destroys nations and societies,”

read the banner displayed by Legia fans.

They Did It Again! Legia Fans Against Illegal Immigration

This is not the first time fans of Warsaw’s Legia have taken a stance against illegal immigration. A display they presented last year became widely known. It featured images of three people, two men (one holding a baseball bat, the other a hammer) and a blonde girl with a braid, wearing a necklace with a cross around her neck and holding… a pig’s head on a platter. The display was accompanied by a card choreo in white-and-red national colours and the caption “Refugees, welcome.”
