Bartosz Losiak and Michal Bryl placed fourth in the Beach Pro Tour Elite16 – Doha tournament. It marked the start of the 2023 season. The Polish pair was defeated 2:0 in the bronze medal match following a tough match against Alex Ranghieri and Adrian Carambula from Italy.
The Poles played against the Italian duo Ranghieri/Carambula in the bronze medal match. They had already competed against each other earlier in the season in the group stage of a final tournament, where the Poles emerged as the victors after three sets.
The competition was intense from the outset. The Poles attempted to gain the upper hand, however, the Italians quickly recovered from setbacks. In both sets, the result was close with both sides battling for each point. Ultimately, the Italians proved to be the better and the Poles ended up in 4th place in the Beach Pro Tour Elite16 in Doha.
