A new campaign video has appeared on the X profile of Mateusz Morawiecki, Poland’s former prime minister. “Stop and think…” says the narrator, before going on to list the problems currently faced by Polish women and men.
According to the electoral calendar, parliamentary elections will be held in the autumn of 2027. Nevertheless, opposition politicians are already beginning to roll out the slogans they intend to present to Poles during the upcoming campaign.
“Time for a normal Poland!”
On social media – Mateusz Morawiecki, MEP from Law and Justice (PiS), has published a new campaign video. “Stop and think,” we hear at the beginning.
Is a normal Poland one in which farmers have to fight for survival? Is it normal that a visit by your grandmother or mother to the doctor is postponed until next year? Doesn’t the fact that the state’s finances are in a tragic condition frighten you? Doesn’t it sadden you that the country’s prime minister – instead of governing – plays the clown on TikTok? Aren’t you worried about yet another rise in bills and the fact that young people face serious problems on the job market? – the narrator asks, listing the challenges Polish women and men are forced to confront.
“The questions are piling up. Together, we must change this. It’s time for a normal Poland!” is the concluding message.
