Morawiecki Met with George Simion. The Romanian Politician Addressed Polish Patriots

“Today, together with George Simion, we toured Warsaw” – former Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki wrote on social media. “Greetings to all Polish patriots. Stay strong and keep fighting,” said the leader of Romania’s AUR party in a video attached to the post. He is one of the most recognizable right-wing politicians in Romania.


Former Prime Minister and MP for Law and Justice (PiS) Mateusz Morawiecki announced on the X platform that he had met with George Simion. “Today, together with George Simion, we toured Warsaw. 😊 Greetings to all our Romanian friends,” he wrote.

He attached a video to the post showing both politicians.

“Greetings to all Polish patriots. Stay strong and keep fighting,” said George Simion.

George Simion is a Romanian politician, leader and co-founder of the Alliance for the Union of Romanians (AUR). The party entered parliament in 2020, securing support in the mid-teens. Simion is one of the leading figures of the Romanian right and was a candidate in Romania’s presidential election.
