Lawmakers from Poland’s ruling party, Law and Justice (PiS), responded today to shocking revelations published by Niezalezna.pl, gathering at a significant location—the address of Wolska 46 in Warsaw, which reportedly served as a “storage facility” for illegal migrants. The premises were leased from Warsaw’s city authorities on preferential terms.
Niezalezna.pl disclosed that the Warsaw city council, headed by Mayor Rafał Trzaskowski, provided the premises at Wolska Street 46/48 to the Foundation of Free Citizens of Poland (Fundacja Wolnych Obywateli RP) under preferential conditions. This location allegedly operated as a holding place for illegal migrants. Foundation president Paweł Kasprzak openly acknowledges involvement in illegal activities and admits that these activities continue. Paweł W., a foundation board member from 2017-2018, faces charges for assisting in organizing illegal border crossings.
Bochenek: All Happening Under Trzaskowski’s Nose
“These individuals were engaged in illegal migrant smuggling, bringing people to the Polish-Belarusian border,” PiS MP Rafał Bochenek stated. “In recent years, investigative files have gradually revealed the international scale of this operation.”
“We are standing at a crucial spot on the map linking all elements of this operation to individuals directly connected with the December 13 coalition,” Bochenek added. “At Wolska 46, specifically apartment 48—a municipal space managed by Trzaskowski—Mr. Kasprzak’s foundation had its headquarters. Both this foundation and Mr. Kasprzak face serious charges related to illegal migrant smuggling. Evidence suggests that migrants awaiting transfer might have stayed at this location.”
Bochenek emphasized the scandalous nature of the situation, “What’s particularly outrageous is that all this happened under Trzaskowski’s supervision, in a municipal apartment. Furthermore, this space was provided to Kasprzak’s foundation on preferential terms, despite Warsaw’s shortage of municipal housing.”
Kanthak: “Where Do We Live? This is Obscene!”
MP Jan Kanthak highlighted the scandal through several examples: “Municipal housing for a 6-year-old child? No! They must be evicted, lawsuits filed because their parents earn 260 złoty more than Trzaskowski allows. Tenants from a historic building? No! Because the building must be sold to developers. But cheerful engineers? Absolutely, municipal apartments for them! Where do we live? The obscenity of what’s happening under Trzaskowski’s administration is clear,” Kanthak argued.
He further accused, “We are dealing with individuals cooperating with Belarusian Putin-supporters in a hybrid war against Poland. To quote Rafał Trzaskowski himself, it’s inconceivable that someone would attack Poland’s security and safety in such a manner!”
“Is this the Commander-in-Chief we want? Is this the kind of president we’re fighting for? This is the last moment for Poles to wake up and see what awaits us,” Kanthak warned.
Woś: PO Practicing This Nationwide
“Civic Platform (PO) now stands for ‘Przemytnicy Obcokrajowców’—Foreigners’ Smugglers,” MP Michał Woś stated.
“What Rafał Trzaskowski experimented with here, Civic Platform is now replicating throughout Poland. Foreigner Integration Centers are being established as pockets of trouble, essentially shifting Germany’s problems onto Poland,” stressed Woś, a former Deputy Minister of Justice.
He concluded, “There are people who want to install a proxy Tusk in the presidential palace, giving full control to Tusk and Trzaskowski. Only Karol Nawrocki can prevent this.”
