An emergency session of the Warsaw City Council has been called in connection with the CBA’s detention of the city’s secretary, former Treasury Minister Włodzimierz Karpiński. The capital’s councillors expect an explanation. The mayor of Warsaw – Rafał Trzaskowski – was invited to the session, but did not appear.
