    Poland’s Volleyball Team Breaks 44-Year Olympic Semi-Final Drought

    Poland’s men’s volleyball team reached the Olympic semi-finals after 44 years, defeating Slovenia 3-1.

    Poland’s national men’s volleyball team has finally advanced to the semi-finals of the Olympic Games after a 44-year hiatus. The team broke a streak of five consecutive quarter-final losses by defeating Slovenia 3-1, earning their place in the last four of the Paris 2024 Olympics.

    Semi-Final Showdown

    Poland’s next challenge will be against the USA or Brazil, with the semi-final scheduled for Wednesday, August 7th. The winner of this match will advance to the final, bringing them one step closer to Olympic glory. In the other semi-final, Italy or Japan will face the winner between France and Germany.
