NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that Ukraine’s counter-offensive to liberate swaths of Russian-occupied territory could force the Kremlin to negotiate. At the same time, the Ukrainian army reports its forces advanced up to one kilometre overnight in Berdyansk in the Zaporizhzhia region as well as in other directions.
