Red card for Tusk’s government. More than half of Poles rate it negatively

Two and a half years after being sworn in, approval ratings for Donald Tusk’s government continue to decline. As many as 54% of respondents assess the current cabinet’s performance negatively.

54% of those surveyed view the government’s work unfavorably. Only 33% have a positive opinion of the Council of Ministers led by Donald Tusk.

After 2.5 years, the Civic CoalitionPolish People’s PartyPolska 2050 Party New Left coalition is receiving a red card from the public – according to the latest poll by the Pollster Research Institute conducted for Super Express.

According to the newspaper, the result was influenced by tensions with the Presidential Palace and the difficult international situation, which are weighing on the ruling coalition, as well as ineffective attempts to present the SAFE program as proof of the government’s effectiveness.

Respondents were asked: “How do you assess Donald Tusk’s government from the beginning of its term to the present?”

13% of respondents had no clear opinion on the matter.

The poll by the Pollster Research Institute for Super Express was conducted on May 28-29 on a sample of 1,057 people.
