Russian Drone Destroys Home in Poland: “By a miracle, no one was in the bedroom” [VIDEO]

TV Republika journalist Łukasz Żmuda published on social media recordings from inside the house hit by a Russian drone. “By a miracle, no one was in the bedroom!” he emphasized on the X platform.

Around 20 Russian drones violated Polish airspace during the night from Tuesday to Wednesday. The first breach was recorded at around 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday, and the last at around 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday. A small number of the drones were shot down.

One of the drones fell on a residential building in the village of Wyryki in the Lublin Voivodeship. TV Republika journalist Łukasz Żmuda spoke with the couple whose home was destroyed.

“We were already awake, we were downstairs in the house. You could hear such a loud flight of a plane – after all, planes fly here, it wasn’t new to me, but this one was very loud – and immediately a sudden bang. My husband looks out the window, sees metal flying, and says: ‘we no longer have a home.’ We only managed to run out of the house, and when we looked – everything was lying on the ground,” said the owner of the destroyed house.

Journalist Żmuda published on social media footage from the destroyed building. “Look at the damage caused by this thing, the drone/object that hit the house in the village of Wyryki on 10.09.2025. By a miracle, no one was in the bedroom!” he wrote on the X platform.
