“See you in Poland for CPAC, Karol Nawrocki!” wrote Matt Schlapp, the organizer of the event, on Twitter. CPAC kicks off tomorrow in Rzeszów, with a lineup that includes both Polish and American political figures, such as Andrzej Duda and Kristi Noem. Karol Nawrocki had not previously been announced as a participant.
Today, Karol Nawrocki posted four photos on X from Sunday’s march in Warsaw. “Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me,” he wrote, paraphrasing a quote from the Bible. The post from the civic candidate for President of Poland was shared by Matt Schlapp, the head of CPAC — the world’s largest gathering of conservative politicians.
“See you in Poland for CPAC, Karol Nawrocki!” Schlapp added.
Does this mean Karol Nawrocki will appear at the conference in Rzeszów? Organizers have already confirmed the attendance of President Andrzej Duda, U.S. politician Kristi Noem — Secretary of Homeland Security — and George Simion, a former Romanian presidential candidate. The full list of speakers is available here.
