A 20-year-old student was allegedly assaulted by a group of five Latin American men while traveling by car on the Warsaw–Janki route in July 2024. According to the District Prosecutor’s Office in Pruszków, a sixth man has been charged with aiding the crime. The suspects, aged 20 to 30, reside legally in Poland and are employed in the country. The woman, who met one of the perpetrators claiming to be Spanish at a Warsaw nightclub, entered the vehicle under the impression she was being taken home. During the ride, she lost consciousness and later escaped to seek help in Janki, where a bus driver contacted the police.
