Stróżyk and his team are in serious trouble, and the team of the coordinator of the secret services is in even bigger trouble – commented Colonel Mariusz Kozłowski, referring to the court’s decision on securing the personal rights of the head of the National Security Bureau (BBN), Professor Sławomir Cenckiewicz.
An investigation has been launched into medical information concerning Sławomir Cenckiewicz that was leaked to Gazeta Wyborcza. The court issued a decision regarding the protection of personal rights and, as part of the interim measures, ordered the editorial office to remove fragments of articles concerning, among other things, medications previously taken by the head of the BBN. The ban on publishing this information will remain in force for one year.
The court’s decision was commented on by Colonel Mariusz Kozłowski. “This is a fundamental precautionary measure that the court would not have issued without taking the position that data from the proceedings had been disclosed and obtained unlawfully,” emphasized the retired officer of the Military Counterintelligence Service. He stressed that the measure applied by the court goes very far – on the one hand, it orders the deletion of unlawfully obtained data, but it also prohibits publishing anything new that would reproduce that content.
“They are in serious trouble”
In a post on the X platform, he emphasized that “Stróżyk and his team are in serious trouble,” and that “the team of the coordinator of the secret services is in even bigger trouble.” He noted that there is “a spark of hope that not everything is lost and that trust in counterintelligence can be rebuilt in the near future.” He also recalled that many individuals applying for access to classified information, “in good faith and in line with the facts, in trust, provided and continue to provide counterintelligence with very detailed data concerning their lives.”
“Finally, there is a chance that those who unlawfully passed on data from the proceedings will be held accountable,” he added.
