The expansion of the President Lech Kaczyński LNG Terminal in Świnoujście is progressing according to plan, with 70% of the scheduled works completed. After the expansion, the LNG terminal’s annual throughput will exceed 8 billion cubic meters of gas. This substantial increase guarantees our nation’s energy security and independence.
The expanded LNG terminal in Świnoujście will have the capacity to handle over 70 deliveries annually. This enhancement will foster greater flexibility and efficiency in gas transportation.
Unlocking New Opportunities
The expansion includes the construction of the third-largest tank, with a capacity of approximately 180,000 cubic meters, and the development of a second quay. These upgrades will enable the terminal to accommodate and unload more vessels, facilitating both imports and exports of LNG.
