Tomasz Grodzki accuses the head of Gazeta Polska of defamation and insult (Articles 212 and 216 of the Penal Code). The case is linked to reports of corruption in a hospital in Szczecin, where Grodzki once served as director.
The verdict in this case was expected today. As TV Republika president Tomasz Sakiewicz announced on platform X, a large group of Gazeta Polska Club members appeared at the courthouse. They brought with them… envelopes – a symbolic gesture referring to the case at the center of the proceedings.
