Are we certain that foreign services are not penetrating the deepest secrets of our state and are not using, or will not use, them to blackmail public figures, for example you? Does the lack of a response from the prosecution and the services to this leak result from the fact that this is taking place with your consent? – such questions, following a text by Wojciech Czuchnowski attacking Sławomir Cenckiewicz, were addressed to Donald Tusk by the editor-in-chief of Gazeta Polska, Tomasz Sakiewicz.
Today, Gazeta Wyborcza published a text by Wojciech Czuchnowski revealing medical information from the personal security questionnaire of Prof. Sławomir Cenckiewicz. Access to such information should be limited exclusively to the special services. The issue concerned medications taken by Prof. Cenckiewicz. According to the narrative of the services and Czuchnowski himself, the concealment of this information could have affected consent for access to classified information. This narrative, however, was overturned by the court.
Once again, the services have become involved in day-to-day politics, using classified information contained in a security questionnaire. The previous time we witnessed this was during the presidential campaign, when a dirty game was being played against Karol Nawrocki.
Sakiewicz: Let Tusk Convene a Secret Session of the Sejm
Tomasz Sakiewicz, editor-in-chief of Gazeta Polska, asks the head of government, Donald Tusk, whether the cases of Karol Nawrocki and Sławomir Cenckiewicz are “the only leaks of top secret documents,” and whether an investigation has been launched in this matter. “Are we certain that foreign services are not penetrating the deepest secrets of our state and are not using, or will not use, them to blackmail public figures, for example you? Does the lack of a response from the prosecution and the services to this leak result from the fact that this is taking place with your consent?”, he asked.
The editor-in-chief of Gazeta Polska suggests that Donald Tusk convene a secret session of the Sejm in this matter.
