Trump’s Foreign Policy: Cutting Russia’s Ties and Bringing Real Peace

The Trump administration is back, and it’s wasting no time shaking up global politics. General Keith Kellogg, one of Trump’s key advisors, has laid out a bold plan to break Russia’s dangerous alliances with China, Iran, and North Korea. He stated, “We need to sever these ties to limit Russia’s influence and ensure global stability.”

Holding Russia’s Feet to the Fire

Trump’s team knows that tough sanctions on Russia only work if they’re actually enforced. Kellogg emphasized that “sanctions must be more than just words; they must be executed with precision to hit Russia where it hurts.” He pointed out that targeting Russia’s oil sales, which fund its military machine, is the key.

No More Useless European Bureaucracy

Kellogg made it crystal clear—Europe won’t be calling the shots in the negotiations to end the war in Ukraine. “We don’t want another Minsk fiasco where too many voices led to no action,” he commented. Past peace talks, like the Minsk agreements, were a mess, allowing Russia to manipulate the situation while Ukraine kept suffering, he argued.

Trump’s plan? Keep the negotiations between the real players—Russia, Ukraine, and the U.S. as a mediator. “This isn’t about pleasing everyone; it’s about getting results,” he asserted. By cutting out ineffective European leaders, the administration aims to achieve real results instead of more pointless diplomacy.
