The dominant sectors for Ukrainian businesses include construction (23%), information and communication (18%), and various service industries (13%). Men primarily engage in physically demanding or technical fields such as construction (94%) and transport (92%). Women, on the other hand, dominate service-oriented sectors, with 87% of female-led businesses focused on beauty and wellness.
