    Ukrainian President to visit Poland on Wednesday

    Volodymyr Zelensky, the Ukrainian president, will arrive in Poland on Wednesday, April 5. This information was confirmed by the Head of the International Policy Bureau of the President of Poland Marcin Przydacz on RMF FM. 

    “Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenski will arrive in Poland on Wednesday 5 April,”

    Marcin Przydacz, Secretary of State, Head of the International Policy Bureau of the President of Poland, said during an interview for Polish radio station RMF FM. 

    “On Wednesday, President of #Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy will arrive on an official visit to Warsaw. Zelenskyy is scheduled to perform on Zamkova Square in the heart of the Polish capital. It is also reported that Poland has transferred several MiG-29 fighters to Ukraine. Their exact number is not known,”

    NEXTA wrote on Twitter. 

    Last week, Pawel Jablonski, the Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, told the private broadcaster Radio Wnet that “it may take place in a short while, but let’s not get ahead of ourselves.”

    He went on to say that “we will certainly not announce this visit earlier, unlike visits by other heads of state due to security reasons.”
