Why still no decision from Germany’s Government on transfer of Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine?

The Pentagon has announced another 2.5 billion dollar arms aid package. However, there is still no decision regarding Germany’s transfer of Leopard 2 tanks from its own resources. German Minister Pistorius spoke today about disagreements within the government. Ukraine is calling for quick decisions because of the risk of another Russian offensive.
