Zandberg spares no criticism for Czarzasty: “He chose the path of close cooperation with Tusk”

Adrian Zandberg, leader of Razem, stated that Włodzimierz Czarzasty has already chosen his path – close cooperation with Donald Tusk. The politician made this remark in response to a question about whether he is considering a joint run in the 2027 elections on a single list with New Left (NL).

New Left (NL) and Razem ran together in the 2023 parliamentary elections on a single list. After the elections, Czarzasty’s party joined the government. Although Razem supported Tusk’s appointment as prime minister in December 2023, it has for many months been critical of the actions of the December 13 coalition.

Zandberg was asked today whether he could envision another joint run in the 2027 elections on a single list with Czarzasty’s party.

“Włodzimierz Czarzasty has already chosen his path – close cooperation with Donald Tusk”, the politician stated.

He was then asked whether the leader of New Left (NL) would seek to create a joint list of left-wing parties, as he had previously announced.

“If there is a politician in Poland who can say moderately true things with a straight face, Włodzimierz Czarzasty is at the top of that list”, Zandberg said.

The Razem leader also recalled that his party remains in opposition to the December 13 coalition government. He added that, in his view, the “most reasonable” solution for New Left (NL) would be to run jointly with Donald Tusk.
