“This is a planned provocation aimed at escalating political tensions during the presidential campaign and diverting attention from the massive problems the current government is unable to handle,” said former Minister of Justice Zbigniew Ziobro on X. “We’re talking about a surge in migration, the worst inflation in history pushing people into poverty, and mass layoffs triggered by the economically disastrous Green Deal.”
Tusk’s Deliberate Provocations
Zbigniew Ziobro warns on X that Tusk and Bodnar are deliberately creating situations that capture public attention. At the same time, other issues—ones they would prefer to keep quiet—are being swept under the rug.
“Don’t be fooled! The team of Donald Tusk and Adam Bodnar is intentionally stirring up public unrest, blatantly violating the law. Releasing Cyba—the murderer of PiS activist Marek Rosiak—from prison is a clear provocation. The death of Barbara Skrzypek after a brutal interrogation conducted with gross violations of procedures afforded to witnesses, along with the appointment of prosecutor Ewa Wrzosek—blinded by hatred—to this politically charged case, only reinforces that. On top of that, Giertych is intentionally stirring the pot in Parliament, provocatively attacking PiS leader Jarosław Kaczyński.
To make matters worse, today Bodnar illegally removed Judge Przemysław Radzik from his position as disciplinary officer and unlawfully launched disciplinary proceedings against judges of the National Council of the Judiciary. And Bodnar knows full well that these actions amount to yet more crimes,” Ziobro emphasized.
The PiS MP argues these are not isolated incidents but part of a broader strategy.
“This is no coincidence! It’s a deliberate provocation designed to stoke political tensions ahead of the presidential campaign and to draw attention away from the enormous problems the current administration is failing to address—be it the influx of migrants, the most severe cost-of-living crisis in history driving people into poverty, or mass layoffs caused by the Green Deal, which is a disaster for the economy. The government is playing with fire, ignoring the consequences of its actions,” he concluded.
