In 2021, PKN Orlen and Ruch will open the first 40 retail outlets under the ‘Orlen w Ruchu’ brand, Daniel Obajtek, President of the PKN ORLEN Management Board said. As he reminded, the company plans to invest PLN 11 billion in retail until 2030.

Obajtek added that the target number of Orlen-branded points ‘Orlen w Ruchu’ is to reach 900 within 5 years.
‘Retail is a very important revenue-generating division for Orlen and its results have been improving year by year,’ Obajtek said at a press conference.
He reminded that EBITDA for the segment amounted to PLN 3 billion in 2019, and to PLN 3.3 billion in 2020.
‘We will be investing very heavily in courier services. 5.500 parcel collection points will be built this year, and within five years about 10 thousand parcel collection points’ – said Obajtek.
‘This year we are starting to put up parcel machines. This year, 500 parcel collection machines will be set up,’ he added.
He also announced that about 2.000 parcel machines would be created within two years, and within a dozen or so years, their number will increase to about 10 thousand. As he added, Orlen will invest in courier services.
