“Dear Children! Today is your holiday. This day brings you much joy and smiles. And for us, adults, it reminds us of our own childhood,” began President Andrzej Duda.
“We wish you happiness and dreams come true. Many warm friends and colleagues. Have fun with your peers, but also succeed in academics, sports and other areas you enjoy.
We wish that you can always count on the care and kindness of your parents and loved ones. May your homes be a safe, peaceful haven, full of love, respect and understanding.
Have ambitious plans and big dreams – and stay faithful to them always. You can start implementing them today. Believe in your strengths, but also don’t be afraid to ask for help and advice from adults.
Adults know and value your sensitivity, your noble desires. Someday the world will be in your hands. We trust you to make it even better,” said both President Andrzej Duda and First Lady Agata Kornhauser-Duda.
Once again: we wish you health, happiness, fulfilment of dreams, fun in kindergarten and good luck in school, and a lot of smiles – not only on Children’s Day! – concluded the First Lady.
