Today, there is a jubilee picnic at the Royal Castle in Warsaw from 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
This free event, organized on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the decision to rebuild the Royal Castle in Warsaw, is addressed to children, young people, and adults alike. Among the attractions are concerts, performances, shows, workshops, quizzes, and unusual proposals.
– Balloon flight over the Royal Castle
– Attractions for families – a performance “Legends of Warsaw” by Lalka Theatre and a happening “Butterflies” by Akt Theatre, as well as other outdoor shows and games using balloons, soap bubbles, chess, puzzles
– Meeting with journalists of the Polish Radio for Children – radio workshops, history quiz with prizes, and opportunity to participate in outdoor broadcasts
The organizers also invite you to take a free tour of the Royal Castle via a special route leading through the Grand and Royal Suites between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM (last entry at 4:30 PM).
