The huge success of the Polish volleyball team at the U-21 World Championships: “It's an amazing feeling!”

The Polish under-21 volleyball team took bronze at the World Championships. In the meeting decisive for the place on the podium, the White-Red team defeated Argentina 3:0.

Poles led by Daniel Pliński did not give Argentinians any chance in the match for the third place in World Under-21 Volleyball Championships. The red and white team won very confidently in three sets, and their dominance in any of the games was not disputable.

Dawid Dulski and Antoni Kwasigroch stood out in the Polish team, who scored the most points for the bronze medalists of the Mundial – 21 and 11 respectively.

“It is an amazing feeling! I’m proud of my team! We were able to get back on our feet after a tough loss to Italy in the semifinals and bring home the bronze medal. It’s great to play in front of an audience again! Overall, it was a good tournament for us, we had some problems with injuries but everything turned out to go well,”

     – admitted Kwasigroch.
