Marek Kania, Damian Żurek, and Piotr Michalski won the bronze medal at the European Speed Skating Championships in the team race. On the track in Heerenveen triumphed the representatives of the hosts.
The white and red team broke the national record with a result of 1:20.541, improving by 0.4 seconds the result from 2016. The Dutch were faster on Saturday with a 1:19.712 and the Norwegians with a 1:19.830.
