ERGO Hestia was awarded the Top Employer Poland 2022 certificate. The award goes to organizations that implement the highest standards of human resources management and the best HR practices. Thus, the Sopot-based insurer was among only 73 Polish companies that have passed the demanding certification process.
Companies awarded the Top Employer certificate are recognized as leaders among employers.
The Top Employers Institute’s certification process evaluates organizations based on research of best practices in human resource management. The detailed analysis covers 6 key areas such as HR strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, training and development, well-being, diversity, and inclusion. The program has certified and awarded more than 1,857 top employers in 123 countries/regions across five continents.
