    PKN ORLEN again among the best employers

    PKN ORLEN has been recognized as a top employer by experts from the Top Employers’ Institute. For the eleventh time, the Company has been included in the prestigious ranking of companies meeting the highest global standards in human resources policy. ANWIL, an ORLEN Group company, was also distinguished in the ranking

    The Top Employer certificate is a distinction that is awarded for one year only. It means that the company offers attractive employment conditions, cares about the safety and comfort of its employees, gives them development opportunities, and offers benefits. To remain among the top employers, a company must work to continually evolve its HR practices.

    The Top Employer certification is an annual survey that provides a very thorough evaluation of companies from around the world and their human resource management practices. The questionnaire covers 20 topics such as HR strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, training and development, well-being, diversity and inclusion. The methodology is the same for all survey participants, ensuring that the certified organization offers the highest global standards in HR.


    ANWIL, a chemical company from the ORLEN Group, was included in the prestigious group of the best employers for the third time.
