The representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Anton Herashchenko reported that the mortar shelling in Donbas included the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Denys Monastyrsky, a group of deputies and 25 foreign journalists.
“Journalists from CNN, FOXNews, the Washington Post, the New York Times, the Voice of America and other media around the world could see who is preparing for an offensive against a peaceful Ukraine and who is preparing for defence,” Herashchenko has said.
