According to Mikhail Podolyak, Adviser to the Head of the Office of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the Russian parliament is scheduled to meet for an extraordinary session on March 4. In his view, Parliament should adopt a regulation on the introduction of martial law in Russia.
“On 4 March, the two chambers of the Russian Parliament will meet on the extraordinary session. As far as I know, the preventive introduction of martial law in the Russian Federation is on the agenda,” Mikhail Podolyak, Adviser to the Head of the Office of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, tweeted.
Under martial law, Russia is supposed to ban all gatherings, establish connections with the outside world, introduce financial restrictions and regulate food.
С тотальным запретом на любые митинги, отключением любой связи с внешним миром, объёмными продовольственными и финансовыми ограничениями. По всей стране сейчас начинается эвакуация тех, кто может себе это позволить.
