There is no such a town in the Luhansk Oblast that was not attacked by the Russian attacks; 66 people were killed – the head of Luhansk Oblast Serhiy Haidai said on Facebook.
“There is no such a town in the Luhansk Oblast that was not attacted by the Russians. Our cities are in ruins, all regions look like a horror movie. Whole quarters and roads are not viable,” Serhiy Haidai wrote.
He stressed that the Russian soldiers had killed a total of 66 inhabitants of the district.
