Silesia Kamila Skolimowska Memorial has for many years been the most important athletics event in Poland, next to the national championships. And one of the most important competitions in the world in the non-championship category. Now the dream of the Diamond League at the Silesian Stadium became true and the Memorial joined the elite group.
Almost exactly a year ago, TVPSPORT.PL officially confirmed that Silesia is trying to host the 2025 World Athletics Championships. Now, it got another argument for this candidacy.
