A driver with Polish roots and the hope of Polish motorsport Roman Biliński has applied for a Polish passport! ‘I want to follow the path set by Robert Kubica’, says the young racer. For now, his career in Formula 3 season is associated with the Trident Motorsport racing team. He competes in the regional Formula 3 championships consisting of 10 races in Monaco, France, Holland, Hungary, Belgium, Austria, and Catalonia. The series will close with a round at the legendary Mugello circuit in Italy.
“I am extremely excited to join the Trident Motorsport team. This is a dream come true for many young drivers. I want to represent the white and red colors with dignity and follow in the footsteps of Robert Kubica, who blazed a magnificent trail – the road to F1, and then wrote a beautiful chapter in the history of the “queen of motorsports”. I believe that in such a professional team as Trident Motorsport, which has a well-prepared car, I will be able to fight for the highest goals. I’ll do everything in my power to make the world of racing know about another Pole”, says Roman Biliński.
Roman Biliński was born in England, but has a lot in common with Poland. After returning from Great Britain, his grandparents lived in Poland and their grandson visited them. Due to the fact that he has Polish roots, he feels a strong bond to Poland and identifies himself as a Pole. Thus, he starts under the white and red flag and he has recently applied for a Polish passport.
