The European Forum for New Ideas is one of the largest conferences in this part of the continent, dedicated to global trends, new ideas and the future of Europe. Business representatives, charismatic speakers, leaders and policy-makers as well as authorities from the world of culture and science discuss the most important challenges for business and societies in a changing world, global trends and the future shape of the European Union during dozens of events, panel discussions, open meetings, counterpoints or night owl discussions. EFNI at the Radisson Blu hotel in Sopot will take place from Wednesday, October 12 to Friday, October 14.
Every year, the Forum gathers over a thousand participants – representatives of the world of business, science, culture and administration, Polish and European alike. The European Forum for New Ideas has been organised since 2011 by the Polish Lewiatan Confederation in cooperation with BusinessEurope and the city of Sopot.
“This year’s forum will be dominated by the challenges posed by broadly understood uncertainty for states, communities, economies and markets. In the coming years, this uncertainty will not disappear and we must get used to it, ” Chairman of the Main Council of the Lewiatan Confederation, PhD Henryka Bochniarz claims.
This year, the discussion will be divided into four thematic blocks. The first topic covers the future of Europe, the second is about the economy, the third describes Green Deal and energy challenges, and the fourth is about technology, artificial intelligence and the metaversum.

Every year, the Forum gathers over a thousand participants – representatives of the world of business, science, culture, and Polish and European administration. EIF’s partners are the largest Polish and international enterprises and institutions. The media patronage over EFNI is taken by leading national and foreign editorial offices.
EFNI is not only another business congress – they are jointly looking for solutions to the problems of the modern world that permeate the levels of business, politics and societies. In addition to lectures and panels, the participants will receive accompanying and networking events, such as the new EFNI Talks format or special night owl discussions.
