Poland on the Brink: Will Illegal Migrants Flood the Country?

The Polish government is secretly preparing for a wave of illegal migrants—despite repeated promises that we wouldn’t have to accept them. A leaked document has revealed that multiple state institutions, including the Border Guard, the Government Security Center, and even the Polish Army, are working on a National Crisis Plan for Migration and Asylum under direct orders from the Ministry of the Interior.

And here’s the worst part: the entire plan is based on guidelines from an EU agency, meaning Brussels is calling the shots.

What’s Really Going On?

According to the leaked details, Poland is getting ready to take in large numbers of illegal migrants, with key institutions already assigned specific roles:

• The Office for Foreigners will handle processing and asylum requests.
• Ministry of the Interior and Administration (MSWiA) will coordinate crisis management and resource allocation.
• The Government Security Center will track and assess the situation.
• The Border Guard will be responsible for detaining and transporting migrants.
• The Ministry of National Defense will be tasked with moving migrants to reception centres and even setting up temporary migrant camps.
• The Ministry of Justice will assign representatives to assist underage foreign nationals seeking international protection.
• The Ministry of Family, Labor, and Social Policy will ensure there are enough spots in foster care for unaccompanied minor applicants.
• The Ministry of Education will guarantee access to schooling and organize preparatory classes for migrant children.

This is a massive betrayal of the Polish people. Just weeks ago, Donald Tusk and his government were assuring us that Poland wouldn’t take in illegal migrants and wouldn’t be forced to pay for them. Now, we find out that behind closed doors, they are preparing exactly for that scenario.

The People Are Furious

Social media has exploded with outrage. One investigative account, “Służby w Akcji,” revealed that journalists had already questioned the government about this issue in early January—but were met with silence. Now, the truth is out, and people are demanding answers.

„Now We Know Why the MSWiA Spokesperson Stayed Silent for Over a Month! Now it’s clear why the spokesperson for MSWiA ignored our two simple questions for over a month. If Donald Tusk’s government publicly declared that Poland would not implement the Migration Pact, then why is it actively following the steps required to enforce it? (…) In the EU document titled “Joint Implementation Plan for the Migration and Asylum Pact,” specific obligations were imposed on EU member states, with most of them tied to strict deadlines. By April of this year, Poland is required to report the creation of a so-called National Crisis Plan and begin tenders for infrastructure development related to the implementation of the Migration Pact. So if the government claims to oppose the Migration Pact, why is it actively preparing Poland for mass migration by drafting the National Crisis Plan and following EU-mandated steps?,”— Służby w Akcji wrote on X.

The timeline is also deeply concerning: all involved institutions must submit their contributions to the plan by February 24, and the full project is expected to be finalized by the end of March. That means we have only weeks to stop this before it’s too late.
