Another global brand is withdrawing from offering its products to Russian citizens and collaborating with Russian companies. IKEA announced that it would temporarily close its business in Russia and stop shipments from Russia and Belarus.
“The war in Ukraine has both a huge human impact and is resulting in serious disruptions to supply chain and trading conditions, which is why the company groups have decided to temporarily pause IKEA operations in Russia,” – the company informed on Twitter.

According to Business Insider, last year, Russia was the tenth largest market for Ikea with 1.6 billion euros in sales, which corresponds to 4% of global sales.
