On the outskirts of the city of Irpin in the Kyiv region, Russian troops fired missiles on civilians during the evacuation. According to a correspondent for Radio Freedom, at least three people died, including two children, and another person was in serious condition.
President Zelenskyy reported that the Russian plans obtained and the interviews with the prisoners showed that the bombing of the cities and the civilian population was planned in advance by the Russians.
During the evacuation, the civilian population was shelled. The occupiers fired on unarmed men. At least three people died.
