The General Staff of Ukraine reported on Facebook that Lviv paratroopers had smashed a subdivision of the Russian 76th Division of the Russian Federation Armed Forces Airborne Forces from Pskov.
According to the Ukrainian command, 14 occupants were killed and two armoured fighting vehicles were destroyed in the attack by the 80th Independent Brigade from Lviv.
The personal documents of one of the killed occupants – Senior Lieutenant Roman Lokotkov – state that he served in the 728th Independent Battalion of the 76th Airborne Division.
The General Staff did not give details of where the Pskov landing was broken up.
