Abortion Clinic Near Parliament? It’s No Joke. A Controversial Opening Ahead

“Get your abortion near the parliament. Politicians failed to keep their promise regarding universal abortion access—so we’ve stepped in to do it for them,” says the Abortion Dream Team, inviting people to the newly established “clinic” opposite the parliament building. But is operating such a facility even legal?

“The AboTak Abortion Clinic is more than just a place of support—it’s where we don’t just demand abortion access but actively provide it,” openly admit the founders.

Though the name might suggest otherwise, the “clinic” will not offer medical services. Instead, it will serve as another headquarters for the Abortion Dream Team, a group that describes itself as a “community exerting pressure on the government and doctors.”

The official opening is scheduled for Saturday, March 8—International Women’s Day. A journalist from niezalezna.pl will be on site.

The inauguration of the “clinic” is already causing significant controversy, not just online but also physically near Wiejska Street, where several pro-life demonstrations are planned for today.
