Pyrkon is the biggest festival of fantasy media in Poland. Besides stands with fantasy books, comics and games there are author meetings, games and lectures on specific motifs. This year’s edition takes place from June 17th to 19th, and among the authors will be Rebecca F. Kuang, Samantha Shannon and Robert Wegner.

On June 15th started the festival “Słyszę Dobre Dźwięki” (I Hear Good Sounds) in Szczecin. This year’s theme is Memory and Attention, hence why the lectures, games and films show links between music and memory. On June 15th Europa Galante Orchestra conducted by Fabio Biondi will perform at the Cracovian ICE Classic festival.
