On October 19-22, the 4th Congress of International Researchers of Polish History takes place in Kraków. On November 23-25, at the AMBEREXPO Exhibition and Congress Center in Gdańsk, the national SkillsPoland 2022 competition will be held. An ancient, monumental temple dating back approx. 2,000 years was discovered by the Polish-Croatian researchers under the 18th century church in Danilo (Dalmatia), in the former Roman city of Ridit. The findings were made thanks to the use of GPR. A joint Polish-Croatian project has been underway at Danilo since 2019.
Nano Film Festival is an international festival of short feature films up to 30 min open to all types of filmmaking: from productions made in film schools to off-line creativity. According to Daily Legal Newspaper (Polish: Dziennik Gazeta Prawna), 30 judges of the Supreme Court have stated that they will not adjudicate jointly with persons appointed to that court in the procedure involving the present National Council of the Judiciary. "In such a situation, joining the proceedings and passing judgments is unacceptable". The group of so-called old judges who issued such a declaration includes President of the Criminal Chamber Michał Laskowski, President of the Chamber of Labour and Social Insurance Piotr Prusinowski, Włodzimierz Wróbel, and Dariusz Zawistowski.
