    Blanka to represent Poland in Eurovision 2023 with hit song ‘Solo’

    Polish-Bulgarian singer Blanka has been chosen to represent Poland at the 67th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest in Liverpool, with her hit song ‘Solo’. The competition, which will take place on May 9, 11, and 13, 2023, will feature 37 countries, with all performances broadcast live on Telewizja Polska.

According to the BBC, they are the actress known from the series 'Ted Lasso' - Hannah Waddingham, the host of the popular talk show - Graham Norton, the juror of the British 'Got Talent!' – Alesha Dixon and Ukrainian singer – Julia Sanina.

    Blanka expressed her shock and gratitude after being selected as Poland’s representative, thanking the voters, the jury, and her fans in a statement. The theme of this year’s competition is ‘United by Music’.

    The M&S Bank Arena in Liverpool will host the event, which will be hosted by four celebrities, according to the BBC. Blanka, who is half Polish and half Bulgarian, has been passionate about music since her teenage years and has performed as a singer, dancer, and even as a DJ. Her hit song “Solo” has already garnered over 11 million views on YouTube.
