    Clubs of Gazeta Polska in defense of public media. “If a takeover attempt occurs – we call for a demonstration”

    A resolution proposal on public media has been submitted to the Sejm by politicians from the Civic Coalition (KO), the Third Way (Trzecia Droga), and the Left (Lewica). “If an unlawful attempt to take over public media occurs today, the clubs of Gazeta Polska and the head of the Warsaw club, Adam Borowski, call for a demonstration,” urge the Clubs of Gazeta Polska. The event is scheduled to take place at 6:00 PM at Powstańców Square in Warsaw.

    Today, a parliamentary resolution proposal aimed at restoring legal order, impartiality, and reliability in public media and the Polish Press Agency (PAP) has been submitted to the Sejm. The proposal was put forward by a group of MPs from KO, Polska 2050-TD, Lewica, and PSL-TD. The representative of the applicants is MP Bogdan Zdrojewski from KO.

    A few days ago, a demonstration in defense of free media took place in front of the TVP building, gathering hundreds of people. Today, the Clubs of Gazeta Polska are calling for another demonstration.

    If an unlawful attempt to take over public media occurs today, the clubs of Gazeta Polska and the head of the Warsaw club, Adam Borowski, call for a demonstration, which will take place today from 6:00 PM at Powstańców Square in Warsaw in defense of freedom of speech, inform the Clubs of Gazeta Polska.
