    Coffee Prices on the Rise

Coffee prices to rise by up to 20% due to global supply issues, affecting supermarket shelves and café menus alike.

This autumn, as living costs continue to climb, households will face yet another challenge: rising coffee prices. Forecasts predict increases of up to 15-20%, affecting both coffee sold in stores and served in cafés.

Coffee, a global commodity, has seen significant price surges in recent months. Unfavorable weather in major coffee-producing countries, especially Brazil, has led to reduced production and supply concerns. While Polish supermarkets have maintained stable prices due to existing stock, new shipments purchased at higher rates will inevitably lead to price increases.

Rising raw material costs will impact consumers directly. Store-bought coffee, including ground and instant varieties, may see price hikes of up to 20%. Café favorites like espresso and cappuccino are also expected to become more expensive, with price increases of 15% and 5%, respectively.
