Confiscation of Police Vehicles and a Deportation Court. MP Wipler Outlines Plans Regarding the Migration Crisis

“We have one year to show the government how strongly Poles oppose the idea of having the most unwanted migrants expelled from Germany, the Netherlands, France, and Italy and sent to Poland, because no one is going to send us the well-behaved, calm, and polite ones,” said Przemysław Wipler in an interview with Radio ZET. The Confederation politician also shared what his party intends to do about the issue.

Despite government-imposed border controls, illegal migrants are still being transferred at the Polish-German border. This practice involves the German police, who send groups of foreigners to Poland. At the border, they are received by Polish Border Guard officers and later… relocated to various places across the country.

On the ground, citizen patrols from the Border Defence Movement are still active, individuals keeping a close watch on the authorities and security services.

At the same time, it is important to remember that the Polish-Belarusian border remains dangerous. A Polish soldier was recently injured in that area.

Wipler: We Will Submit a Bill

Speaking on Radio ZET, Confederation MP Przemysław Wipler addressed both the issue of illegal migration and the perceived incompetence of the December 13 coalition. In his view, “this is about showing the Polish people, and the government, how strong the resistance is to the very ineffective actions of the Polish authorities in protecting our borders.”

“In the coming days, we will submit a bill aimed at ensuring that any vehicle used to transport illegal migrants will be subject to confiscation for the benefit of the State Treasury, even if it’s a German police car,” he announced.

He elaborated further: “This would involve the seizure of vehicles used for human smuggling in Poland and a fine of PLN 100,000. Polish services and institutions, including the Border Guard, would carry this out.”

Wipler then explained the rationale behind the proposed legislation.

“We want it to be clear that there are harsh penalties and no reward for smuggling people into Poland, regardless of whether it’s criminal gangs or German officials illegally and unlawfully offloading unwanted migrants onto us,” he said.

He also admitted, “There is currently a high level of mobilisation. We see this as a major success because Poles want to make a statement a year before the migration tsunami hits us with the implementation of the Migration Pact on July 1 next year.”

“We have one year to show the government how strongly Poles oppose having the most unwanted migrants actually expelled from Germany, the Netherlands, France, and Italy into Poland, because no one is going to send us the good, calm, and polite ones,” he reiterated.

Wipler also stated that the Confederation is working on a draft bill to establish a deportation court.

“A special court, specialising in deportation procedures and well-versed in migration law. We’re finalising work on such a bill. We’re working on it, it’s almost ready, we’re consulting it, and we expect to submit it to parliament likely in September,” he noted.
