“Poland must be reclaimed from the hands of those who orchestrated the lawless reprivatization in Warsaw,” stated Przemysław Czarnek, a Law and Justice (PiS) Member of Parliament, during remarks delivered Wednesday in Toruń. He emphasized that U.S. President Donald Trump, by meeting with Karol Nawrocki, intended to convey a message to the Polish people: “Do not make a mistake in the upcoming elections.”
“Poland is what matters most”
Karol Nawrocki, the presidential candidate supported by PiS, announced on Wednesday that he and his wife Marta have decided to donate their studio apartment in Gdańsk for charitable purposes. He remarked that doubts concerning the apartment are harboured “by those who cannot fathom that one might help others selflessly.”
Referring to this decision, MP and former Minister of Education Przemysław Czarnek praised Nawrocki, asserting that he reminded the public that “evil must be overcome with good.”
“In recent days, Nawrocki has been spat upon and ridiculed. Yet today, at 3:00 PM, he declared that he wishes for the studio apartment in Gdańsk to serve as a means of rescuing more people from homelessness. The apartment will be used for charitable ends. Following the passing of Mr Jerzy, who currently holds lifetime residency rights, it will be transferred to other individuals in need,”
the MP noted.
According to Czarnek, this gesture communicated that “Poland is what matters most.”
“Poland must be freed from the hands of thieves, criminals, and individuals with blood on their hands. It must be reclaimed from those who enabled the lawless reprivatization in Warsaw. Only Karol Nawrocki, as President of the Republic, is capable of achieving this,”
Czarnek asserted.
He urged members of the “Gazeta Polska” clubs gathered at the meeting to intensify their efforts in the final weeks of the election campaign. “We need an enormous effort,” he stressed.
A Simple Message for Tusk
Czarnek noted that Prime Minister Donald Tusk now speaks of the repolonization of the economy. “Mr. Tusk, why don’t you start by repolonizing yourself—then we can talk,” he said sarcastically. He added that once again in history, two European states harbour imperial ambitions: Russia and Germany.
“Fortunately, the situation today is somewhat better than it was in 1939, because there are American troops stationed in Poland—10,000 of them—brought here by us, Law and Justice Party,”
he said.
Part of Czarnek’s speech focused on the relationship between Europe and the United States. He pointed out that certain individuals within the U.S. administration advise President Trump to turn away from Europe, which “constantly insults him.”
“What is President Trump waiting for? For the results of the Polish election. It is Karol Nawrocki, the presidential candidate, who met with him in the Oval Office. That simply does not happen. With this meeting, President Trump sought to say: ‘People, open your eyes.’ Trump says: ‘Do not make a mistake,’”
Czarnek added.
He warned against electing Civic Platform (KO) candidate Rafał Trzaskowski, arguing that Trzaskowski’s idea of strengthening U.S.-Poland relations amounts to “offering a Prince Polo candy bar.” Czarnek cautioned that Putin will not stop at Ukraine, as he aims to rebuild an empire reaching the Oder River.
In his view, if Poles make the wrong electoral choice, a situation akin to that of 1939 may repeat itself. “Germany, along with its accomplice Tusk, wants to push the United States out of Europe. Then they will say: ‘Here, Vladimir, take Poland,’” he warned.
He painted a scenario in which Poland is overrun by Muslims, while Germany and Russia resume construction of Nord Stream. “You won’t succeed, you schemers. Let us elect Karol Nawrocki, and then we will build a Coalition for Polish Affairs,” Czarnek appealed.
